KC Region SCCA Solo: Event 1

The Kansas City region of SCCA kicked off it's solo season with a rescheduled Saturday event due to an unseasonable March snow storm. The event was held on April 17 at the familiar yet still awesome Precision Driving Center at MCC-Blue River in Independence.

Racing was anything but dull with a handful of opening-day DNFs, an unintended water hazard (The Camaro hit it twice), and a halftime delay after a minor collision with the timing lights at the finish line. It's all in good fun, though. Enjoy the photos.
